This year, I signed Katie up for the "Little Hands" Cooking Class at our local Atlantic Superstore grocery store. It's designed for 3-5 year olds and their parents. We went once a week, on Thursday afternoons. Katie looked forward to it each week.

     The cooking instructor's name is Lee and Katie fell in love with her right away. She couldn't wait until it was time to go see Lee at cooking class.

     We always made good things, such as homemade pizzas, cakes, cookies and muffins. Lee always made the kids feel so welcome to her kitchen. She treated them like they were her own kids.

     Katie's graduation was on July 5. Grandma Maryann was here visiting so she was able to go to her Graduation. Katie was so excited to take Grandma Maryann to cooking class and to meet Lee. Grandma Maryann got to help Katie make homemade pizzas and cupcakes. I think they both had a wonderful time and it was special that Katie could share that with her Grandma.
